You're looking at the testing data instead of real data.
When the app is installed, we automatically generate 15 orders pop ups and 15 add to cart pop ups based on random names and locations in the US.
These will automatically be replaced by real information as it's generated.
According to Shopify's policy it is forbidden to show false social proofs in your store.
As such, the testing data can not be replaced.
