That depends on your setup.
Open the app > head over to the design tab.
Control when the app shows based on these options:
Options are:
(1) Show for non logged in customers: In case this option is selected, every visitor will see the wholesale button.
(2) Show only for logged in customers: In case this option is selected, only logged in customers will see the wholesale button.
(3) Show only for logged in customers who have a matching offer tag: In case this option is selected, only logged in customers which have at least one customer tag that matches your offers tag will see the wholesale button.
Don't forget to save your changes!
