Open the app > offers tab > edit your offer > scroll down to the advanced settings section
Inside you'll find a checkbox:
"Only show products that are included in your Wholesale discount list"
Mark this checkbox, and save:
Once you have, the wholesale products list will only show products included in your offer's discount list.
